Profile: Ellesco Ltd. offers deburring, finishing and polishing machines. Our double ended polishing lathes include combined spindle drive and 5, 9 & 12 Hp single main motor. The twin main speed of our lathe is 1500/3000 rpm. Our edge & end grinding and deburring machine is used to process flat or profiled edges and to process seam welds on square or rolled tube. It is used for components up to 2700mm long. Our machine includes 3 abrasive belt heads for grinding, nylon-web brush head for blending and PLC controls.
