Emissions Management is designed to support all emissions relevant processes in large industrial corporations. This comprises the provision of functionality required on operational level for single plants and facilities as well as for corporate demands. It involves three roles, which includes emissions manager, emissions administrator and corporate compliance manager. They integrate people and processes across different business units on high quality level thereby, contributing significantly to risk mitigation. It is needed to manage and reduce their emissions of greenhouse gases following the ratification of the Kyoto Protocol.
