Description: HF Design Enclosure can be used for applications such as general electrical, power electronics, control electronics, 19' rack, instrumentation, and control and for any standard cabinet, pendant, or rack. The enclosure is provided with IP54 protection as per IS 13947 and IES Pub 1947-1. The thickness of the cabinet frame is 3 mm. The frame so formed contains corner pieces into which lifting hooks are directly screwed. The hooks directly carry weight of cabinet and components mounted. The cabinets can be joined to each other easily by joining hardware, which fits into standard holes provided. The front access by hinged door and back access by screwed back cover. The component mounting plate ('C' plate) can be provided (3 or 2 mm thick). `C' plate is provided with 4 vertical and 2 horizontal bends for high strength and rigidity. It is mounted on 4 screws, easily adjustable to any depth in 25 mm pitch. It is provided with multiple cable gland trays at the bottom. It is design to accommodate standard accessories like drawing pockets, side plates, angles, small `C' plates, acrylic doors, and partial doors. The enclosure are made up of basic structure 3 mm thick CRCA sheet back cover, side cover, top cover 1.5 mm thick CRCA sheet front door, back door, bottom cover 2 mm thick CRCA sheet.
