Description: Multi-Layer Energy Saving Insulation Covers designed by Hi-International, are used for protecting the valves, engines and pipes from fire, oil spillage and ultimately saving the energy and humans from burns. These are removable, flexible and offer temperature protection up to 1245°C at hotter end reducing the outer skin temperature to ambient. The covers are made from high temperature, chemical resistant silicon coated glass fabrics and alumina silica flexible insulation layers. These are 100 per cent incombustible and tested as per British Standards BS476 Part 20. The inner insulation layers are made from alumina silica fibres to reduce the heat loss from the valves and joints to keep the system heat constant with an ultimate objective to prevent heat loss. The inner most layers are made from ultra-heat and chemical resistant fabrics offering temperature resistance to 1245°C.
