We can set up online catalogs, develop 3D models & assemblies, and provide the software to generate custom products online for nearly any manufactured product. We have completed many projects that integrate SolidWorks with other software to create custom automated systems. We provide customization services for SolidWorks 3D CAD software to improve the productivity of the CAD environment. Our software plug ins provide enhancements that extend far beyond basic macros such as automated sheet metal software that can create machine-ready DXF or SAT files from any SolidWorks part or even an entire SolidWorks assembly. We can develop a number of tools to make the drafting tasks efficient, including customization of the AutoCAD interface, toolbars and buttons, special menus & custom applications that work inside AutoCAD. We can also integrate AutoCAD with existing engineering calculation programs, or develop Excel-based or web-based engineering programs that can generate fully engineered drawings. Results of these engineering calculations can be used to derive bill of materials data which can be imported into AutoCAD and displayed in the BOM of the manufacturing drawing.
