Epoxy Resin Moulded Components

Description: The epoxy resin cast components are manufactured by India Insulators. The company has the manufacturing facilities of both conventional vacuum casting as well as the latest pressure gelation equipment. With these, they are able to manufacture components as small as few hundred grams to over 100 kg in weight. Testing: 100 kV high voltage testing is set-up with partial discharge testing equipment. Other testing instruments include 100 A/DC supply to measure milivoltdrop in conductor, interturn short testing equipment to check coils, surge comparison tester to check coils, universal testing machine 10 tonnes to check tensile, compressive and cantilever strength. The product range includes: bus bar support insulators for panels and circuit breakers up to 36 kV, feed through bushings for panels, bus duct up to 36 kV and 3500 A, hollow bushings for panels, bus duct up to 36 kV, terminal blocks for various applications such as CT, terminal boards for on-load tap changers, alumina filled shielded bushings for SF6 breakers, components for RMU, VCB, transformers and moulded coils.
