Our ASPr steels are produced by powder metallurgy through a 3-step process namely gas-atomization, hot iso-static pressing, and post processing operations such as forging, rolling or drawing. This ASPr range is suitable for a wide range of tooling and component applications. Our Pearlr metal powders are suitable for hot iso-static pressing technology. Their common features are listed as highest tap density & flowability, predictable shrinkage behavior during HIP, substantial dimensional accuracy of HIP parts, and supportive reproducibility between HIP parts. Round bars, large flat bars, small flat bars, strips and profiled edges are our additional products. We also offer powders for thermal spraying applications.
