V series spray nozzles feature a high impact flat fan pattern with narrow spray angles. They produce a uniform spray distribution of medium-sized drops. V spray pattern of our nozzle has sharply defined edges. It is a one-piece design with male screw thread. A large, unobstructed flow passage minimizes clogging problems. All V spray nozzles offer a precision-designed deflector surface which produces a uniform & high impact spray pattern. Tungsten carbide short venturi nozzles are used for close up blasting. At 12" - 18" from the end of the nozzle to the work surface, this nozzle produces the same blast pattern as a long venturi nozzle does at 24" - 36". An all polyurethane jacket & tungsten carbide liner gives a lightweight & durable nozzle for the tough places of blast.
