The Flex-Pac™ packaging labeler system is designed to apply labels on plastic bags manufactured on vertical form fill and seal equipment. Labels are applied on the fly after the film has traveled over the forming shoulder prior to reaching the end-sealed jaws. This ensures accurate label placement every time. The Flex-Pac™ machine applies pressure sensitive labels to either the front or back of a package or product which makes it ideal for reclosable labels, production or primary labels. Each flexible packaging labeler is custom designed for each VFFS machine in the operation and expressly for the application. The labeler is then integrated with the current or newly purchased equipment for a perfectly smooth operation and labeling of the products, food, industrial or otherwise. We can integrate with virtually every bag maker on the market. We custom design our labeling machinery to fit seamlessly into the operation to provide workflow solutions with minimal interruptions. Pre-made bag labeling system quickly and accurately applies labels to pre-formed bags & pouches in a variety of shapes, sizes & materials. In addition, it accommodates zippered and valved bags allowing it to serve most applications with a single machine. This pre-made bag labeler can be integrated into the packaging system for easy, efficient application of labels.
