Our XT residual gas analyzer product line has a unique competitive position since it can measure both total pressure as well as the partial pressures of gases left in a vacuum system. In our residual gas analyzer each system comes complete with a multi-gauged quadrupole probe, a control and communications unit, and a real-time Windows® software package. Our residual gas analyzer is integrated with ion gauge, AMU systems, Faraday detector with optional electron multiplier, real-time software capable of multi-head operation, and field replaceable dual throated iridium filaments.
