Extraction Systems

Description: Extraction Systems like fabric belt, flat belt and disk type oil skimmers are used to remove tramp oil, grease and almost any hydrocarbon from the surface of industrial process liquids and waste waters that generate pollution and environmental hazards. These versatile oil skimming systems are applicable in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, steel, machine tools, glass, canning, waste water plants, edible oils, monitoring wells, food processing, CNC machines and ponds. The systems helps in removing floating oil from water by means of an endless loop of fabric belt mop that selectively adsorb oil while repelling water. The mop wringer drives the mop through the oil, and back to the mop wringer, where the drive/squeeze rollers wring the oil out. The recovered product can be collected in a holding tank below the mop wringer. Also the smaller models of fabric belt mop oil skimmers can be shifted with ease from one place to place and needs very little time for reinstalling.
