We design using cadkey and solidworks software. This 3D geometry is processed in mastercam sending machining specifications directly to CNC machinery. This process allows us to produce and track the design from 3D geometry to the finished product eliminating the potential for errors. Our skilled craftsmen will develop your mold through the use of some of the most advanced software and machines. The 13 injection molding machines range from 75 ton to 850 ton and our two 90,000 lb silos are capable of very large runs for your product.
