Description: Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic Motor Covers SIHC 2000 forms a protective non insulating shield around electric motors without blocking airflow and preventing objects and sludge on the cooling fins. The motor covers sit on top of the cooling fins to create a wind tunnel between the surface of the motor and the inside of the cover. Air that is drawn into the motor cannot redirect from the motor causing it to shoot through the fins to push heat off the motor. These motor covers snap around motors, hence no bolts, straps, and legs for foundation are required and they will not vibrate off seconds. They are made from high-strength durable, lightweight, corrosion resistant flexible fiberglass. These covers diminish motor temperature from 24oF to 30oF, bearing and winding failures, thus lowering motor-maintenance cost. These motor covers are available in standard size based on frame size of motors and could be easily installed.
