Description: Film Slitting Quick Lock Differential Winder is mainly used on rewind side of slitter to reduce the loading unloading time. Quick lock is considered to be one of the easiest ways to upgrade the winding style. This method has been used on imported machine for years together. The quick lock operation is very simple, one has to slide the core on it and rotate it in either direction. On rotation of serrated lugs, they will expand and hold the core. After the winding, just rotate it in opposite direction and unlock it. The quick lock is more standardize product available in 3', 4', 5' and 6' core ID and width up to 102 mm.
