Our intake air filter has the ability to filter smoke, fumes, mist & fine particles in the air stream. It is used in textile plants, chemical industries, pharmaceutical industries, paint booths, and cold storage units. Our solder fume extractor system consists of fan, electrostatic filter, wire mesh pre-filter, high voltage power pack control panel, and enclosure boxes. The smoke is extracted through open pipe end fixed just near the soldering point. This avoids spreading of the solder fumes. The extracted fumes & smoke pass through pre-filter & electrostatic filter cell, and get filtered. These filters are metallic plates charged with high voltage to attract the smallest of the particles in the fumes and smoke.
