Description: A mini but high production finishing machine rotary barrel type has been introduced for non-ferrous die-cast components. This machine houses a barrel having effective volumetric capacity 1.5 cft approximate. The nonferrous die-cast components are loaded into the barrel, the barrel rotates, a small size compact blast wheel throws media on tumbling components inside the barrel. The small burrs, file marks, die defects are removed and homogenous matt finish or, the component surface is obtained. The component is imparted silver and pleasing finish which gives an aesthetic look. This machine does not consumes compressed air and requires only 5 HP power to operate. The electric controls are centrally located and incorporates all safety features. The machine is designed for shot blast cleaning of small to medium size of components.
