Description: Flash Milling Machine is a vertical duplex milling machine used for removing weld flash of the automotive rings. The top head of the machine does face and OD machining while bottom head of the machine does second face and ID simultaneously. The milling spindles are maintained in opposed tapered roller bearings, grease lubricated-for life. The feed is managed by the trapezoidal screw nut arrangement, driven by AC induction motor through Bongfiglioli worm reduction unit.
