Profile: Flexpipe offers a complete line of tubes, joints and hardware that is used to custom design and build various work tools such as workstations, equipment racks, carts, trailer carts, flow racks & boards. We specialize in designing and assembling of tubular racks. Steel tracks are 4 meters (13.25 inches) long with 40 mm x 25 mm (1.6 inches x 1 inches) ABS wheels and steel axles. The load capacity is 230 kg (500lbs) per conveyor meter and 9 kg (20lbs) per plastic wheel. The conveyor is 1-3/4 inches of large and is 1-3/4 inches of height. The wheels are removable from the track. The conveyor is cut with a miter saw as are the tubes. 4 inches rigid wheel mounted on a 2-1/2'' X 3-1/2'' plate. To install this wheel we utilize 2X EF-1002F brackets, 2X EF-1002A brackets and 4X M8 nuts and bolts. This wheel can be used for dolly to carry light to medium loads for medium distances. The load capacity is 260lbs per wheel.
