Flow Sensors
Description: Flow Sensors are built for measuring the consumption of fuel/oil DM water to reliable accuracy at low costs and good reliability. These sensors/meters are simple in construction, easy to mount and work on 4.5 to 24V DC and give pulse output. The Swiss accurate, low cost Digmesa AG flow sensors/meters are available in brass, ryton, arnite, PVDF, PP. The maximum flow rate of the sensors is 30 LPM, maximum temperature is 100ºC, and maximum line connection is 1/2 inches. It works on Hall Effect transistor principle with ceramic magnets laser welded on turbine wheel. The Hall Effect transistor is specially developed for reliability and service longevity. The turbine wheel is of PVDF, bearing pin is of 18/8 steel or PCTFE to suit corrosive acids too. The sensor is capable of metering highly viscous fluids of up to 8000cs.
