Description: Forged Steel Castors, Series-HD 800/801 are manufactured by ITE Engineers Private Limited in a wide range for industrial applications. Series-HD 800/801 are forged steel kingpinless casters specially made for heavy loads. The base and swivel assembly are interlocked by a ball race. The ball race serves as a kingpin, thrust bearing, as well as load bearing. All vertical and radial forces, as well as shock loads are distributed over the entire bearing area. This assures longer life of survival because of even wear over the entire bearing race. The 3/8″ dia steel balls run in a fully enclosed grease bath. Grease nipple is provided for injecting grease in the grease bath. The matching fixed caster is single piece die blended steel construction. The finish is enamel painted.
