Profile: Fossil Consulting Services (FCS) provides training, engineering, and technology transfer services for the fossil utility, independent power, industrial and process industries. We develop and implements both plant specific and generic training programs, on-the-job training and computer based training. Our engineering services include equipment and system design, cost estimates, performance testing, documentation, and CAD drawings.
