Description: PIC Friction Driven Coding Machines is built to be used for coding on plastic, HDPE bottles, pouches, tin containers, woven sacks, and paper. The machine is used for coding B.No., Dt.of Mfg., expiry date, prices and other statutory information. The machine is compact and consistent in printing quality. It is very easy to install and operate and has nickelless coated metal body. It is a continuous motion coder ideal for on line application in dairy milk packing applications and is mechanically synchronized with parent machine motions. It has been specially designed for easy and quick mounting on milk/ghee oil pouch filling machines. It can be used with mineral water packing machines and blister packing machine. The specially formulated PIC-AF-2R coding inks are available in red, green, blue, black, violet, and brown colors in various standard packing. The standard specification include the following speed - up to 100 operation/minute; charge of ink- 10 ml approximately and it prints more than 10,000 impressions per charge of ink; element- specially manufactured PIC cylindrical cartridge made from best quality imported base material; weight-approx.2.0 Kg.(model no.164); printing area-30 X 120 mm.
