Profile: Fuji Film Electronic Imaging is a supplier of electronic pre-press equipment and software open imaging systems. Our product line includes Inkjet®, software and commercial CTP. Our Caslon® is an inkjet print system designed by FFEI for Nilpeter. Caslon® is based on the Xaar 1001 greyscale print head technology consisting of 4 printbars, one for each of the C,M,Y,K colors, each with 5 (330mm print width) or 6 (410mm print width) print heads. The Caslon® system can be used as a stand-alone digital print engine or incorporated as a module into an existing F Line press; creating a combination press that delivers finished product at a rate of 25m per minute.
