Profile: Fuller Ultraviolet Corporation offers air, water and surface purification systems. Our sterile conditioners provide protection for liquid sweeteners and other products which can be disrupted by pathogen growth in tank headspaces. During storage, sweeteners & other syrups are subject to airborne contamination and frequently ferment as a result of airborne infection in the condensation on the product surface. These are generally constructed of stainless steel, but other materials such as galvanized steel and aluminum are also available. The use of a filtered exhaust air vent is recommended to prevent debris from entering the tank, especially during emptying cycles. We offer six standard sterile conditioners and two exhaust air vents sized to meet different conditions. For tanks with heavy microbial contamination and heavy condensation problems, it is necessary to upgrade to a larger unit. We also offer filters such as bulk poly media, HEPA, bag, pleated and electronic filters. Our bulk poly media is a dual stage filter designed for environments requiring higher levels of efficiency. The inlet layer is more open and acts as a pre-filter layer to the densified air exiting side. Dry tackifier is applied to the outer layer to prevent particle migration once it has been captured. Our bag filters are constructed of an ultra fine glass fiber media. The media is bonded to thin non-woven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitch. The stitch is flexible to maintain shape in changing conditions. All stitching is sealed with thermoplastic resin to prevent any possible leakage. The header is constructed of 26 gauge galvanized steel to prevent rusting and provide rigid support to the filter face. It offers high efficiency filtration while maintaining low resistance to air flow. Commercial and industrial applications include hospitals, schools, automotive plants, oil mist collection & fume collection.
