Furnace

Description: Furnaces include muffle furnaces, lab furnaces, pit type furnaces, rotary furnaces, bogie health furnaces, aluminium melting furnaces and salt bath furnaces. Temperature capacity ranges from 350°C to 1150°C. Power ranges from 3 kW to 150 kW. Size ranges from 6″ x 6″ to 6 m x 6 m or as per requirement. They are electrically heated, oil fired or gas fired. Blind temp controllers, digital temperature controllers and PID controllers are used for sensing. Contactor logic and thyristor logic are used for switching operation. Furnace is insulated by ceramic wool & insulating bricks. Furnace is used for heat treatment for metal parts, gears, spring casting. It is also used for normalising, baking, shrink fitting, drying of chemicals, powders at high temperature, die heating, billet heating and melting. It has sturdy construction and perfect electrical design suitable for high temperature. It provides minimum heat loss at high temperature. It maintains uniform temperature throughout the chamber and facility for easy loading and unloading of manual.
