We provide Picoprobe™ model 35 which are engineered to meet the stringent demands of circuit designers and this probe combines full DC capability, rise & fall times of 14 ps & a nominal loading input impedance of 1.25 megohms shunted by 0.05 pf & the signal attenuation is 10:1 with a 50 ohm oscilloscope input. Our microwave test fixtures utilize the same technology from our probe cards and multi-contact wedges to allow high speed testing & characterization of packages. Our brands include Picoprobe™.
