Description: PA-O2/CO2 gas analyser is portable, compact and lightweight to monitor and measure a cause often overlooked - the wrong gas mixture to the torch. Even a small variation in the mixture can cause porosity spoiling the weld appearance and can also endanger the structural stability of the dynamically strained welded parts. The source of gas supply is generally not important, be it a central bulk mixing unit or a ready-made mixture. No gas supplier can afford to rule out errors in the gas supply at the user's plant and hence advise for use of quality control directly at the point of use. By using the PA gas analysers, the O2 and CO2 concentration can be measured and monitored as often as required or even continuously. This will ensure that the gas mixture at the point of use is correct, helping improve quality; reducing component rejects and project delays. Used with Logger Software the operator is able to record the last 100 measurements for use as quality control documentation. Only the smallest sample is needed to record a reading and the results are fast. It is easy to use and has a multilingual menu guide. If the gas contents exceed the set minimum or maximum limits, an alarm is activated. These analysers are available with either an inclined or a vertical display. A separate tabletop printer is also available as an option. The voltage requirements are 230 V AC, 110 V AC or 24 V DC.
