Description: Unicase helical in-line gear drives are available as gearbox and geared motor in capacity from 0.12 kW to 160 kW, 26000 NM and Unicase parallel shaft gear drives are available as gearbox and geared motor, in capacity from 0.12 kW to 200 kW, 100,000 NM. Standard supply is with hollow output shaft and also available with solid output shaft, foot or flange mounted. Unicase helical worm gear drives from 0.12 kW to 12 kW, 3000 NM are compact and more efficient than standard worm drives. Unicase helical-bevel gear drives, from 0.12 kW to 160 kW, 30000 NM are available in various options such as foot or flange mounted, hollow output or solid output shaft (capable of taking high shock loads and extremely efficient for a right angle drive). Minibloc worm gear drive systems, from 0.12 kW to 1.5 kW, 250 NM are suitable for compact low torque application areas. These are life-time lubricated, low in weight and especially recommended for the food and beverage industry. Unibloc worm gear drive systems, 0.12 kW to 4.0 kW, are all in aluminium, life-time lubricated and one of the strongest worm drives that have universal mounting and flexiblility with various options.
