Description: Cummins brand `X' series diesel generating sets rated 15 kVA to 25 kVA at 1500 RPM offered by Vishvadevi Engineering are built as ISO 8528 standards. The engines are radiator cooled, 4-stroke and multi-cylinder. It is equipped with electrical starter motor 12 V DC; battery charging alternator; Mico fuel pump with mechanical governor; dual spin-on full flow tube oil filter; residential silencer; air cleaner (paper element type); shut-off coil with safeties for LLOP/ HWT; flywheel housing; first fill of lube oil. It is optionally provided with fuel tanks equipped with drain valve, air vent, inlet and outlet connection running continuously for 8 hrs. It is also supported by microprocessor/relay based AMF control; weather and sound proof enclosure; trolley mounted mobile sets; single phase (240 V) alternator; MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protection. It ir provided with synchronous alternator of Stamford make, suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM, 415 V, 0.8 pf (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system. The alternator is featured with ±1.5% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions; IP: 23 enclosure; permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hrs of duration. The engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. The panel is provided with standard engine instrumentation; voltmeter with selector switch; ammeter with selector switch; frequency meter; current transformers; instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. Battery: one battery, dry and uncharged with battery leads. These panels are manufactured by power systems with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and powder coated for a weatherproof, long last finish.
