Profile: Global Oil Flow offers oil flow compressors to well owners to increase production with a zero cost. The oil flow compressor (OFC) is mounted to a pumping unit by specially designed clamps that prevent the need for welding/drilling on the pumping unit structure. The top of the OFC clamps directly to the walking beam. At both the top & bottom clevis assembly, spherical bearings are used that allow non-restricted, omni-directional movement during operation. These bearings allow the OFC to operate smoothly even if the movement of the walking beam is not perfectly vertical. These bearings also allow the OFC to operate smoothly if the OFC is installed off-center vertically on the pumping unit. A rod collar assembly at the top of the compressor absorbs side-loads that are impressed on the piston rod during the travel of the rod. These side-loads result from the walking beam's arc of travel and from possible vertical mis-alignment during OFC installation on the pumping unit. The rod collar assembly prevents side loads from compressing the rod seals, and from the premature wearing out of the seals. We also offer evaluation, installation and maintenance services. We offer complete installation of the patented oil flow compressor including physical mounting of the unit and plumbing into existing lines. This process can be handled usually in just about 4 hours. We also regularly inspect the compressor to maintain maximum uptime.
