Profile: Goff, Inc. manufactures a complete line of abrasive shot blast cleaning equipment. Our shot blast equipment utilizes cast steel shot or grit, along with other types of abrasive media, and is used for metal cleaning, paint, rust, mill scale, sand, ceramic or shell removal from die, steel, iron or investment castings, metal surface preparation prior to paint or coating, automotive parts remanufacturing & shot peening for metal fatigue life & stress relief. Our standard line of shot blast machines include barrel blast, tumble blast, table blast, spinner hanger, wire mesh pass thru, roll conveyor, monorail pass thru, skew roll conveyor shot blaster for pipe cleaning, and structural blast for plate steel & steel fabrications. We can also custom engineer special equipment for any abrasive blasting application. We manufacture the Roadabrator and E-Line portable shot blast equipment for ship decks, concrete floors & coatings removal, bridge deck & parking structure repair or resurfacing & paint line & stripe removal for highways & airport maintenance. Our barrel blast machines are designed for cleaning large volumes of small- to medium-sized parts. An endless rubber mill belt gently tumbles and exposes the parts to the abrasive blast. These are recognized for their high production and cost effectiveness. We offer barrel blast machines that are computer controlled and fully automated with loader & takeaway conveyor options. Our airless barrel blast machines are the natural choice for batch-type blast cleaning and surface preparation on parts or castings that can be tumbled for maximum coverage. We offer several sizes of barrel blast machines from 1½ - 24 cubic foot volume capacities, with load capacities ranging from 200-3,000 lbs. Our blast machines are widely used in die casting, automotive component and engine re-manufacturing, heat treat, investment cast, foundries, shot peening & forging as well as numerous other surface preparation applications.
