Profile: Govro-Nelson Co. produces a complete line of Govro™ drilling/tapping units and high production machines. Our standard automatic vertical indexing machine's models 190 and 200 perform multiple operations on three sides of a part simultaneously. These machines handle up to twelve (190) or to nineteen (200) machining units with automatic 8-station index and clamp/unclamp of parts. Units may be mounted at any angle. Our automatic drilling and tapping units have a unique design featuring concentric construction, with air thrust, hydraulic feed control and positive stop all on the spindle centerline. This unique concentric design eliminates quill deflection inherent to off-set feed systems and provide longer tool life necessary for continuous production and minimum maintenance.
