Description: Granule filling machines are pre-determined netweigh fillers, which weigh and discharge a fixed weight of material into the empty container. In the weighing cycle, the powder from the hopper is fed into the weigh pan by means of an electric vibratory feeder where feed rate can be controlled by the Variac on the electric control unit. At first the material is fed at a fast rate and when about 90% of the material is fed into the weigh pan the flow rate is automatically cut down to a dribble. When the exact weight is filled, the feed is completely cut off. The change-over from fast feed to dribble feed and the final cut-off are all actuated by weight-sensing switches on the rear of the beam scale. The net-weigher consists of (l) a hopper, (2) an electric vibratory feeder for feeding the material to the scale, (3) an equal-armed beam scale with a weigh pan and a weight cradle, (4) a dumping mechanism and (5) an electric control unit. Salient features include predetermined weighers in which the required material is weighed and discharged automatically, simplex and twin machine with single machines (simplex) capable of 10/12 fills per minute and twin models of speed up to 20/24 fills per minute. Filling range of model N-100 25 to 100 gm, model N-500 covers a range of 100 to 500 gm and the model N1000 fills from 200 to 1000 gm.
