Description: Grease/Oil Lubrication System offered by our company is of two main types. The single line grease/oil lubrication system and dual line grease/oil lubrication system. These systems are rendered under the brand name of `Lubrite'. The single line grease/oil lubrication system consists of motorised plunger pump, grease reservoir, pressure relief valve and pressure gauge. Grease/oil is distributed to the lubrication points through progressive blocks. The pump delivers grease/oil directly to the progressive block. The lubricant is delivered to the bearing points from progressive block under pressure. The quantity of the lubricant can be varied with the varying flow rate segments of the progressive blocks. The dual line grease/oil lubrication system consists of reciprocating motor driven plunger pump with inbuilt gear box. The pump incorporates a large grease reservoir with a heavy follower plate and tell tale rod. The limit switch is provided on the top of reservoir to indicate full and empty level of grease. The pump outlet is connected to direction controls value. This valve gets signal from pressure switches mounted on each line. The whole system is controlled with electric control panel.
