Grease For Bearings

Description: Xado is a gel-revitalizant used in all kinds of bearings as grease for protection, restoration and repairing, while in operation. It adds weight and dimensions to the worn-out parts, using nano-powder technology. It consists of a building material and a unique energy activator that uses excess friction energy to create a new surface. The presence of Xado revitalizants in the greases forms a protective ceramic-metal coating on the working surfaces of friction pairs. Due to increased content of high molecular polymers, special antioxidants and stiffeners, the Xado greases have increased adhesion, water-repellent property, and anticorrosion features. These can be used as a universal substitute for any grease, including special greases intended for specific application. It has high threshold of thermal resistance and renders reliable and continuous protection against wear. It renders protection against jamming; reduces noise and vibration. It eliminated the wear and tear, micro-cracks, scores and scratches, pitting and corrosion. It is mainly used in all kinds of bearings and up to 1100°C environment, to retain and regain the performance.
