Profile: Great Lakes Electronics Corporation operates electronics de-manufacturing and recycling facilities. We deal with electronic equipment containing circuit boards, cathode ray tubes, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our PC's contain hazardous amounts of toxic heavy metals including lead, cadmium and mercury. We ofer destruction, remarketing and hard drive shredding services. We perform environmentally friendly recycling using de-manufacturing and asset recovery. Computers, monitors, terminals, printed circuit boards, telephone equipment, TV's, VCR's and communications systems that are unusable are disassembled into component parts. Components of value are sold for reuse, and other parts are sent to certified facilities for metals recovery. All items from the de-manufacturing process are recycled. Even items with no value are recycled.
