Profile: Green Energy Battery Co., Ltd. offers power solutions to businesses and organizations in order to help them overcome problems associated with wireless sensor, remote control, data transmission & telemetry. We provide complete power solutions using our own exclusive technology. We develop batteries and capacitors that offer long life & excellent pulse current performance. Our products include lithium thionyl chloride, lithium manganese dioxide, ultracapacitor, lithium-ion and nickel metal-hydride cells. Lithium-thionyl chloride cells have a metallic lithium anode and a liquid cathode comprising a porous carbon current collector filled with SOCl2. They deliver a voltage of 3.6V. These are available in cylindrical and button shape, from 1/2AA to D format, with spiral type for high current & bobbin construction for small current. These cells have a high energy density partly because of their high nominal voltage of 3.6V. Bobbin type can reach 760Wh/kg, for a capacity of19Ah at 3.6V in D format. Self-discharge is extremely low and this kind of cell can support long storage periods & achieve a service life of 10 to 20 years. The lithium-manganese dioxide cells have an anode in metallic lithium and a solid manganese dioxide cathode, immersed in a non-corrosive & non-toxic organic electrolyte. They deliver a voltage of 2.8V. Lithium-ion electrochemistry involves the use of lithium insertion compounds. In a lithium-ion cell, the negative electrode is graphite and the positive electrode is a lithium-bearing metal compound. The range of single cell capacity of Li-ion can be from 50mAh to 15,000mAh, and the range of cell thickness is from 1mm to 20mm. Our products are used by various industries, from wireless sensor, remote control to RFID, datalogger and AMR.
