Grinding Machine
Description: Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machines render high degree of accuracy of roundness and cylindricity on jobs. The cylindrical grinding machines are available in different models like mechanical, hydraulic (table and cross-slide), sizer (auto size control) and PLC (programmable logic control). These machines are offered in a range of 350 to 1000 mm, with optional internal grinding attachment. The heavy rigid casting body has 'V' - 'Flat' guide ways. These guide ways are precision hand-scraped to match corresponding surface of the table slide with continuous automatic lubrication and cross-slide movement on Turcite 'B' to achieve accurate feed of cutting. The hydraulic systems of main table with cross-slide rapid approach (optional) consist of pump, kit and valves all conveniently housed in the base. The work-head and wheel-head spindle are made of nickel chrome steel, hardened and grounded. These spindles are capable of achieving very high dimensional, stability, accuracy and have longer life span. The work-head spindle runs in angular contact bearings and wheel-head spindle runs in spherical adjustable type white metal bush bearings.
