The ground thread taps, type HSS are made from high- quality imported steel uniformly heat-treated to provide required hardness and best results.These are available in M2, M35 and in special steels as per customer's specifications. Range: 1 to 120 mm, 1/16" to 5" (higher dia on request), have tolerance of 4H, 6H, 7H zone 2, zone 3, zone 4, class 1, class 2, class 3 GH1 to GH7. Their variety includes short machine taps, long shank machine taps, spiral point taps that are BSP parallel and taper taps, NPT and NGT taps that are serial taps, nib taps that are fluteless taps and pulley taps that are spiral fluted taps. They have the following thread forms: BSW/BSF/UNF/UNC/MM/BA/BSP/ BSPT/BSCY/ WW/ME/BSCON/NPT/NGT/ACME/square/ NPSL. The taps are surface-treated which are blued/nitride/ tin coated, and are available in RH and LH.
