Grouser bar rebuilder is used for continuous sequenced rebuilding process. It contains three workstations each station is 48″ wide to handle most, but not all size of pads. Primary clamping station, which uses shop air, is capable of 80,000 lb. of clamping force. Clamp mechanism is enclosed for safety and reduced maintenance. Cutting and finish weld stations have convenient foot-operated clamps. Water quench of slag and molten metal under flame cutting station provides maximum safety for operator as well as for entire work area.
