Profile: H.I. Quality Steel Castings Ltd. is a producer of high integrity castings. We are certified with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality certification. We manufacture all grades of carbon steels, low alloy steels, austenitic manganese steels, corrosion & heat resisting ferritic, austenitic, and duplex stainless steels. We also manufacture high Cr iron castings. We involve CAD and casting simulation programs for castings production. We demonstrate periodic spectrographic analysis throughout the melting cycle, which allows to closely control the composition of the liquid steel, and accurate additions of alloys whilst melting ensure that the metal poured conforms to the specified requirements. We produce castings by means of close control of the molding process along with the results of computer solidification simulation predictions. We develop the mechanical properties of steel casting from the steel chemistry through heat treatment. We focus on applications like mining equipment, marine applications, petro-chemical, fragmentation industry, quarrying equipment, aluminum and steel works, material handling, railway, wind energy, wave energy, pressure retaining vessels, power generation, and defense applications.
