Profile: Hague International specializes in thermal energy conversion equipment, and microprocessor based electronic controls for high temperature industrial processes. Our product line includes ceramic heat exchangers, externally fired combined cycles, low emission burners, and microprocessor-based fuel-air ratio controls. Our erHx® heat transfer equipment are available in single unit sizes ranging from energy inputs of 150 kW to 120,000 kW, & are capable of operating at pressures of 20 bars and maximum inlet gas temperatures of 1500°C. The application of a CerHx® unit to a high temperature process is typically less complex than metal solutions. The CerHxreg; unit does not require radiation shielding, or the use of air dilution systems to reduce the inlet gas temperature. Our OxSen® may be applied as a periodic or continuous oxygen monitoring system which is designed to operate in the most rigorous of industrial environments. These are continuously monitored, and automatically compensated for variations in excess air. The OxSen® accurately maintains the optimum combustion efficiency of the system under all conditions. The result is a substantial fuel saving, and a reduction in nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission.
