Hand Grinders
Description: Hand Grinders are light in weight; have high RPM; and generates no vibration. It renders maximum operator comfort and efficiency. The grinders are uses in die polishing and contouring; weld cleaning; casting and forging cleanup and user industries like die shops; foundry; investment casting units; glass moulding units; and fabrication shops. These grinders are available in different models with following specifications: free speed (RPM) for the model HG1 is 35,000; and 20,000 for the models HG-2(FE), HG-2(SE), HG-2L(FE), and HG-2L(SE). The outer diameter (mm) for HG-1 is 36 and 40 for the rest of the models. The overall length (mm) for HG-1 is 165; 160 for HG-2(FE) and HG2(SE); and 260 for HG-2L(FE) and HG-2L(SE). Motor housing: HG-1 - steel; and aluminium for the rest; approx. weight (kg): 0.45, 0.55, 0.55, 0.70, 0.70, respectively; exhaust: front, front, side, front, side, respectively; and air consumption (m3/ min at 6.33 kg/cm2): 0.5 for all the models; air inlet connection: ¼ inches NPT; standard equipment: 6 mm collet; and optional equipment: ¼ inches collet.
