Profile: Hannan Products Corporation specializes in the research & development of tooling for packing, sealing and die cutting. We produce a variety of tooling products. We also feature the patented Hannan® diamond die in standard and custom sizes, as well as hole dies. We manufacture sealing fixtures for blister or tray sealing applications in either commercial or medical formats. We manufacture a full line of die press cutting machines. Our hydraulic die cutters are available with cutting capacities from 60 to 100 tons. This power allows out hydraulic press machines to cut an extreme variety of materials. We also make steel rule cutting dies. The 610 R2 roller die cutting machine has been engineered and designed for efficient, trouble free production. Our introductory model has all the features needed for production die cutting. An infinitely adjustable pressure roller allows quick setup and precise control to help extend the life of the tooling. The single pass cutting and rapid cycling features, coupled with quick changeover & trouble free operation will dramatically increase the production rate and package quality. Our sealing machines have been engineered for reliability, high productivity, and efficient use of space & energy. With instant tooling changeover these machines are ideally suited for long or short run production. The balanced heat platen, automatic thermostat, and self-aligning pressure system assure the proper sealing of materials every time. The 420 C Series provides the ultimate in versatility for vacuum forming and skin packaging. By combining two complete vacuum systems, a high volume turbine and positive displacement (surge tank), the 420 C Series can do the work of two machines. The 420 C can do plastic vacuum forming because of the strong vacuum created by the high volume turbine.
