We offer various services including electropolishing, passivation, Xylan & TFE coating, dry film lubrication, powder coating, and phosphate coating. Electropolishing is primarily used to obtain a bright, clean, appealing surface. It also removes burrs and sharp edges, eliminates hydrogen embrittlement and removes stress from springs & stampings by removing microscopic nicks & scratches from the surface. It can smooth threads to prevent galling and seizing. Passivation is the treatment of stainless steel in a nitric acid or citric acid solution to remove iron contamination on the surface. We also provide all types of powder coatings as per the specification of our customers. Our facility is capable of handling both long and short run jobs. We have two fully automatic powder lines and a still booth with large & small batch ovens, capable of handling car frames, motorcycle frames, hoppers and vessels. We provide fluid bed nylon and fluid bed vinyl coating for the medical, pharmaceutical, aircraft & display industries. Our pretreatment capabilities include spray iron phosphate, all types & classes of phosphate falling under MIL-DTL-16232G, Chem Film per MIL-C-5541, and grit blasting.
