Profile: Hayward Quartz Technology, Inc. is a manufacturer of semiconductor circuit networks triacs. Our product line includes optical coupled isolators, crystal oscillators, photovoltaic cells, thyristors and trade products. Our RTP, CVD, EPI, and etch chambers are made from silicon, alumina, and quartz. These include a variety of bell jars, isolation chambers, domes, reactor tubes, liners, rings, shower heads, gas distribution plates, robot blades, end-effectors, etc. These parts may be machined and/or hot-fabricated by glassblowers, pending design requirements. Our optical polishing is done to meet a wide range of surface finish and flatness callouts. Surface finishes can be controlled by using a specific sized lapping grit. Capability is up to 500mm diameter. For mechanically polished parts, our commercial scratch/dig is 80-50. Tighter specs can be achieved, pending geometry of the part. Parts can be made in-house from scratch, or polishing services may be offered on a labor-only basis, using customer-supplied material.
