Description: Heat Gun supplied by our company is cheapest, light weighted and repairable flameless used for different flameless heat applications. It operates with a temperature range of 93 - 149°C, 149 - 260°C, 260 - 399°C & 399 to 538°C. It consumed very less power (600W, 1440W, 1680W & 1760W) and air velocity of 3,000 FPM and air volume of 23 CFM, which equals 651 L/min. It operates on 220-240 V AC, 50 Hz, and has power ratting of 750 W and 1500 W. It has double protected element housing, die cast aluminium housing, reinforced mica insulated ceramic heating element that makes it a rugged reliable source of flameless heat. It has a powerful high speed universal motor, adjustable air volume intake, externally accessible brush holders, three-position rocker switch for off - cold - hot position, non-slip rubber backed base, which permits 90° rotation and controlled well balanced handle. It can be continuously operated for 6 to 8 hours then cool it for just three minutes and again can be operated for 6 to 8 hrs. It is widely used for application like shrink packaging/shrink tubing and automotive industries. This economical heat gun can be used for a wide variety of commercial applications with different nozzles/attachments like pin point attachment for concentrating heat at particular point, concentrating nozzle for concentrating heat, heat shrink attachment for shrink tubing to 1' OD.
