Description: Heatless Regenerative Compressed Air Dryer helps in increasing the productivity of a compressed air system. The dryer enables the air distribution systems to be designed without the added cost of sloped lines, U loops, driplegs and a multitude of 'point-of-use' filters and traps. It keeps the lubricants from washing away and renders the air tools, motors, cylinders and valves a longer life. It keeps the rust and scale from forming and causing increased wear in downstream equipment; and reduces the potential for leaks and minimizes pressure drop throughout the system due to pipeline corrosion, which means more usable power downstream. These dryers are been offered in 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 and 200 sizes. It is supported with calibrated needle valve to adjust purge flow to actual outlet flow and pressure conditions. It can be easily installed by just making the air connections and plug in the electrical power cord. It is provided with overlapping cycle time to provide constant downstream pressure and dew point. The open shuttle valves allow air flow through dryer in case of any power failure.
