Helical Gearbox
Description: The helical gearbox comes with case hardened and profile ground steel gears with inclined tooth to transmit the torque between parallel/right angle shafts with minimum noise. Specifications: range - power range up to 5500 kW, reduction ratio range up to 650/1; sizes - from 125 mm to 800 mm centre distance; and type - helical and bevel helical in horizontal/vertical models. These are used in applications > 50 kW, agitators, conveyors, crushers, cranes, larger ball mills, mixers, aerators, coal pulverising mills, plastic extruders, fin cooler drives, kneaders, thickeners sugar, cement, paper, solvent extraction, plastic, rubber, steel industry, power plants, mines and minerals and chemical industries. These are manufactured in modern ISO 9001:2000 certified plants.
