Profile: Hi-Tech Gas Equipments & Hardware is a manufacturer of oxygen/nitrogen plants, storage tanks and high pressure machines. Our acetylene plant is made from selected and tested raw material which ensures safety. The plant is a fully automatic plant with twin hoppers. All operations are performed by pneumatically controlled valves, assisted by sensitive sensors. Two hydraulic pumps help to open and close the supply of calcium carbide. This is fed into the generator by screw feed conveyors. The screw feed mechanism and the agitator are operated by flame-proof motors & fittings. Our oxygen/nitrogen plants are equipped with a refrigerant based chilling unit, which is necessary for operating the plant efficiently, irrespective of increase in ambient temperature. The chilling unit also ensures that the air enters the molecular sieve battery at a lower temperature, thereby increasing the life of the sieve. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
